Refund Policy

At Hash Nine Furniture, we’re committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, our return and refund process ensures a clear and fair experience for every customer.


⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To assist in resolving the issue, include:

  • A clear description of the problem
  • Photographs showing the defect and the packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable resolution—this may include a repair, replacement, or full refund. We will cover return shipping for approved faulty or incorrect items.


🔁 Change of Mind or Incorrect Choice

If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
  • The return must be authorized by our team before shipping

Note: Assembled, used, or modified items cannot be returned.


 We Will Provide a Refund or Replacement If:

  • The item is not of acceptable quality
  • The item does not match the listed description
  • The item is not fit for its intended purpose
  • The item is returned unused, in original packaging, within 7 days


 We Cannot Accept Returns or Provide Refunds If:

  • The return is requested after 7 days
  • The product has been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer
  • There are minor delivery delays (delivery estimates are not guarantees)
  • You’ve changed your mind but the item is not in resalable condition
  • The product is marked final sale or non-returnable


🚚 Delivery & Redelivery

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the arranged time, the item will be returned to the depot.
A redelivery fee will apply for any additional delivery attempts.


📩 Return Authorization Process

Before sending any item back, please contact our team at hashninefurniture@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll review your request and provide return instructions. Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.
