For items over 25kg or too large for one person to carry:

  • Someone must be present at the delivery address to assist with unloading.
  • Delivery is only to the ground floor of any property.

Customers must inspect packages upon delivery:

  • If the item is damaged, photograph the damage immediately.
  • Refuse the delivery or write "Damaged" on the Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • Accepting damaged goods without proper documentation may void damage claims.

  • Shipping insurance is optional and charged based on the product's value. If you wish to ensure your delivery, please request this during checkout.
  • HashNine Furniture is not liable for damage or loss during delivery if insurance is not selected.

  • Most orders come with a tracking number for real-time delivery updates.
  • Delivery is handled by trusted local couriers, operating Monday to Friday.
  • Weekend deliveries may be arranged but are subject to courier availability and may incur extra fees.
