- Standard Delivery (2β5 Business Days) β Available across Melbourne.
π¦ Heavy & Bulky Items
For items over 25kg or too large for one person to carry:
- Someone must be present at the delivery address to assist with unloading.
- Delivery is only to the ground floor of any property.

π Inspecting Your Delivery
Customers must inspect packages upon delivery:
- If the item is damaged, photograph the damage immediately.
- Refuse the delivery or write "Damaged" on the Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Accepting damaged goods without proper documentation may void damage claims.

- Shipping insurance is optional and charged based on the product's value. If you wish to ensure your delivery, please request this during checkout.
- HashNine Furniture is not liable for damage or loss during delivery if insurance is not selected.
- We use third-party courier services and have no control over goods in transit.
π Tracking & Delivery Info
- Most orders come with a tracking number for real-time delivery updates.
- Delivery is handled by trusted local couriers, operating Monday to Friday.
- Weekend deliveries may be arranged but are subject to courier availability and may incur extra fees.
